Almas caviar is certainly the rarest of all the caviars produced in the world today. Sparkling white and pearl-like, it is literally a legendary product. Almas means "Diamond" in the ancient Persian language.
Caviar House was the first company to launch this "white caviar".
Originally caught in the wild in the Caspian Sea, this rare delicacy is only available on very rare occasions, when albino sturgeon are caught.

The flavour of Almas is incredibly light and delicate, making it the ultimate treat for caviar aficionados.

To underline its rarity, Almas caviar is presented like a jewel in a 24-carat gold box, delicately surrounded by a leather belt.
Like a storage cellar, the Almas tin is housed in an elegant case made of precious wood.
