Tasting and serving suggestions
It goes perfectly with grilled fish and its liveliness and citrus notes stand up well to the iodine of oysters. More simply, it is one of the few wines that can be served with salads, tabbouleh or steamed vegetables. It is also perfect with gougères bourguignonnes, snails and of course parsley ham.

Situation
Bourgogne Aligoté, as its name suggests, is planted with the Aligoté grape variety. This regional appellation can be found throughout Burgundy, mostly in the plains. Our Bourgogne Aligoté Les Fortunés comes only from our vineyards in the Côte Chalonnaise on well exposed slopes in the communes of Bouzeron and Mellecey.
Vinification & Maturing
Slow and gentle pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature between 18°C and 20°C to respect the delicate aromas of the Aligoté.
Matured in stainless steel vats with bottling during the summer to preserve the freshness and vivacity typical of the grape variety.
