Champagne Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015

2015 Dom Pérignon Vintage tasting notes : initially a little dark, with notes of roasting and cocoa powder, the nose then gradually opens up, like a floral bouquet. There are notes of lime blossom, jasmine and finally peony, underlining the spicy dimension of the wine, with aniseed and cardamom. A fruity, planty freshness rounds out the overall impression, with chlorophyll, orange peel and green papaya.

On the palate, the wine spreads out, delicate then generous. It both caresses and stimulates, more on the sides of the tongue than the tip. Fresh peach and nectarine flesh envelop bitter notes sculpted by citrus and gentian.
