This fresh caviar is prepared with very little salt. During the first two weeks after harvesting, the eggs retain their special texture, as well as all their original flavour, providing an incomparable taste experience for an intense moment of well-being.

With its large grains and low salt content, this caviar has a subtle, creamy character with a unique aromatic complexity.

Only available during the fishing season.
