Tasting and serving suggestions
On the nose, it offers in its first years a diversity of aromas ranging from fresh red fruits (blackcurrant, cherry). On the palate, it is rather round, with assertive but delicate tannins.
Its freshness and fruity suppleness, accessible, invite you for your aperitif dinners of fresh and salty tapas, a brunch with soft eggs with herbs, mushrooms stuffed with shrimps and fresh cheese with chives, roasted fish, ravioli with spinach and ricotta, chicken with lemon and goat cheese.

Situation
Bourgogne Pinot Noir, as its name suggests, is planted with Pinot Noir grapes. This regional appellation can be found throughout Burgundy, mostly in the plains. Our Bourgogne Pinot Noir Les Fortunés comes only from our vineyards in the Côte Chalonnaise, well exposed in the communes of Bouzeron and Mellecey.
Vinification & Maturing
Whole bunch maceration for a large part, with pumping over, trapping and delestage. Aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats and 228 and 500 litre barrels.
