It goes well with pan-fried river fish, sea fish in white sauce or hot shellfish. It goes very well with cooked cheeses such as Comté. It can also be served as an aperitif.

A vintage marked by historic earliness, from budburst to harvest. The result is absolutely exceptional.

It comes from two parcels, one located on the hillside of "La Fortune" in Bouzeron and the other on the heights of Nantoux, a neighbouring village.
