Tasting and serving suggestions
On the nose, it offers in its first years a diversity of aromas ranging from fresh red fruits (blackcurrant, cherry). On the palate, it is rather round, with assertive but delicate tannins.
Its freshness and fruity suppleness, accessible, invite you for your aperitif dinners of fresh and salty tapas, a brunch with soft eggs with herbs, mushrooms stuffed with shrimps and fresh cheese with chives, roasted fish, ravioli with spinach and ricotta, chicken with lemon and goat cheese.
Serving temperature: 14°C
