Caviar and smoked salmon are products that accompany your festive moments? The "Passion" tasting is for you.
In our caviar library located in the heart of Geneva, our caviar master will deepen your knowledge of these exceptional dishes.

Description :
This tasting is planned for a minimum of 2 people and lasts one hour, including :
- 15g of Prunier Saint James caviar, per person
- 15g of Prunier Osciètre Superieur caviar, per person
- 120g of Balik Fillet Tsar Nikolaj smoked salmon, per person
- 1 bottle of Champagne Caviar House Brut 37,5 cl for 2 people
This moment of discovery will be completed by our blinis, made according to a traditional recipe. Accompanied by sour cream, they are an ideal support for the caviar and the Balik smoked salmon.
You will receive a gift box with a tasting voucher and a book "When the passion for caviar becomes an art" by Peter G. Rebeiz.
