Without refrigeration, tinned foie gras lasts for two years and so is particularly suitable for inclusion in gift hampers and gift parcels.

The name Georges Bruck is synonymous with 160 years of excellence in the production of foie gras from Strasbourg. The company is currently being run by the fifth generation of the same family. Traditional methods are still being used: rigourous selection procedures, constant monitoring of raw materials and artisanal preparation. Add to this the special spice mix, which is still a well-kept secret.
