We welcome you to our "caviarthèque" on Thursday 24 March 2022 to discover the secrets of Black Gold and all its subtleties.
Our Caviar Master will guide you through the tasting of 2 exceptional caviars:
- Caviar Prunier "Saint-James
- Caviar Selection "Oscietra
This moment of discovery will be accompanied by a glass of Champagne and a mini 3-piece cocktail: Medallion of Balik Fillet, Burratina and Prunier caviar, as well as Balik smoked salmon tartar and asparagus.

In order to make our caviar workshops both intimate and convivial, we limit the number of places to a maximum of 15 people.
